Directions from West Side
West Side Highway, which becomes Henry Hudson Parkway, to Saw Mill River Parkway.
Exit Saw Mill River Parkway at Ardsley/Ashford Ave. exit (exit after Lawrence
Street exit). Make left on Ashford Ave. and proceed past 3 traffic lights to
Bellewood Ave. (street before 4th traffic light). Turn left on Bellewood Ave. and
continue straight into Walgrove Ave., which leads up hill to Children’s Village.
Proceed past guard booth 500 ft. to Cordero School parking on right.

Directions from East Side
East Side Highway (FDR) north to Willis Ave. Bridge. Left at end of bridge
following signs to New York State Thruway. Remain on Thruway to one mile past
first toll booth (50 Cents) to Ardsley Exit 7. Right on Route 9A to first traffic
light. Follow Ashford Ave. past 4 traffic lights to Bellewood Ave. (street before
the 5th traffic light). Turn left on Bellewood Ave. and continue straight into
Walgrove Ave., which leads up the hill to Children’s Village. Proceed past guard
booth 500 ft. to Cordero School parking on right.

Directions from Long Island
From Throgs Neck Bridge toll booth, keep right toward New England. Take
Hutchinson River Parkway exit north. After toll on Hutchinson River Parkway, take
Cross County Parkway exit. Continue about 6 miles to Saw Mill River Parkway
north. Take Ardsley/Ashford Ave. exit (exit after Lawrence Street exit). Make
left on Ashford Ave. and proceed past 3 traffic lights to Bellewood Ave. (street
before 4th traffic light). Turn left on Bellewood Ave. and continue straight into
Walgrove Ave., which leads up hill to Children’s Village. Proceed past guard
booth 500 ft. to Cordero School parking on right.

Directions from Brooklyn
Belt Parkway to Van Wyck to Grand Central Parkway to Triboro Bridge. Over bridge,
take first left (Major Deegan Expressway). Stay on Deegan (becomes New England
Thruway) to Hutchinson River Parkway north. After tool on Hutchinson River
Parkway, take Cross County Parkway exit. Continue about 6 miles to Saw Mill River
Parkway north. Take Ardsley/Ashford Ave. exit (exit after Lawrence Street exit).
Make left on Ashford Ave. and proceed past 3 traffic lights to Bellewood Ave.
(street before 4th traffic light). Turn left on Bellewood Ave. and continue
straight into Walgrove Ave., which leads up hill to Children’s Village. Proceed
past guard booth 500 ft. to Cordero School parking on right.

Train Directions
Trains leave Grand Central Terminal at 20 minutes past each hour, for example 9:20
a.m. Take the Hudson Line to Dobbs Ferry. The trip is approximately 40 minutes.
NOTE: The Greenburgh Eleven and Children’s Village school buses meet
the trains every hour.

From the Saw Mill River Parkway(Exit 16 – Lawrence Street)
(8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. ONLY)
If you are heading north on the SMR Pkwy, you should be in the left-hand of the
parkway and will turn LEFT. If you are heading south on the SMR Pkwy, turn RIGHT
at exit 16.

Follow the road to the right around 3 office buildings (company called Akzo Nobel)
to the top of the hill, where there will be a “T” in the road. Turn left at the
“T” and continue up “Snake Hill” (a winding road) to the stop sign. Continue to drive straight ahead, past the Rafael Cordero Building and turn left into the parking lot.
