The Human Resources Office provides overall direction of human resource management issues and administrative support functions.  The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire District.

It is the mission of the Greenburgh Eleven Human Resources Office to develop, provide and enhance human resources related support services for Faculty and Staff.  The main objective is to recruit, train and retain a diverse and competent Faculty and Staff and to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Another objective is the development of the Human Resources Office.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Director include:


  • Establishing and reviewing job descriptions

  • Maintaining official personnel files

  • Recruitment and selection

  • Orientation

  • Development and training

  • Processing of personnel action forms, including FMLA applications, Teacher Loan Forgiveness Applications, etc.
